Benefits Analyst

We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our Global Benefits team and assist in the administration and analysis of our global benefits programs. This role will provide you with the opportunity to grow your career while supporting a diverse, global workforce.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Market Research
  • Support Communication Efforts
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Compliance Support
  • Documentation and Process Improvement
  • Collaboration with HR Teams

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, benefits administration or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to follow hybrid onsite policy
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international / global benefits programs
  • Familiarity with HR management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Spanish fluency
