Our finance team is growing, and we’re looking for an Accounts Resolution Specialist who thrives on accuracy and clear communication. This role is all about managing accounts receivable, supporting clients with billing concerns, and ensuring accounts stay on track. You’ll handle a portfolio of accounts, work directly with customers to resolve questions, and contribute to the overall financial strength of the company.

Requirements for success :

• Oversee a set of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
• Collaborate with clients to address concerns and settle outstanding balances
• Guide customers through available payment options and establish fair, workable agreements
• Play a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and overall financial stability
