Job description

Synergy Preserve LLC is a trusted leader in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial clients across the Texas area.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Carpenter and Maintenance Technician to represent Synergy Preserve LLC and deliver exceptional field service to our valued clients.

Core Responsibilities Execute High-Quality Carpentry :

  • Perform expert finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets, molding) and rough carpentry (framing, blocking) for renovations, repairs, and preventative maintenance projects.

Multi-Trade Maintenance :

  • Respond to work orders by performing general repairs and maintenance across various trades, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repair.

    • Client Service & Field Operations :

  • Act as the direct representative for Synergy Preserve LLC, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally.

    • Inspections & Problem Solving :

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to proactively identify issues and potential structural or mechanical problems.

    • Project Coordination :

  • Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized carpentry or repair projects, ensuring work meets Synergy Preserve's quality standards.

    • Fabrication & Repair :

  • Fabricate or repair damaged equipment and structural components as needed, with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals.

  • Accept jobs that fit your availability Local Work : All assignments are dispatched based on your coverage area Fast Pay : Get paid every Monday for your labor hour ( materials will be purchased by company) Experience & Skills Required Proven experience as a Skilled Carpenter or in a similar facilities maintenance role, with a strong portfolio of carpentry work.

    • Proficiency in Multi-Trades :

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and verifiable proficiency in various trades, especially carpentry, alongside basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

    • Independent & Detailed :

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, prioritize urgent tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) for clear client interaction and detailed work reporting.
  • Welding experience is considered a significant advantage.
