We are currently looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients by following our systems and processes in place.

Compensation :
$50,000+ with our commission plan
Responsibilities :
- Develop relationships with potential clients by utilizing established systems and processes.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to build and maintain a list of leads.
- Educate and assist clients with the buying and selling process of residential and investment properties.
- Follow up on leads to convert prospective buyers into official appointments.
- Maintain existing relationships with current clients.
- Be held accountable to weekly goals and performance standards.
Qualifications :
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must possess a real estate license
- Must possess the ability to want to continue learning, be solution-oriented, great communication and desire to grow personally and professionally
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- This is a commission-based position.
