Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a team of manufacturing professionals. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the electronics manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production efficiency and quality metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead and mentor the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize production workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
