Position : Court Interpreter

Location : New Brunswick, NJ

Organization : New Jersey Courts - Middlesex Vicinage

The successful candidate will demonstrate high integrity, honesty, commitment to customer service, and dedication to professional development. Under the supervision of the Court Executive 2B (Operations Division Manager) or other high-level managers, the candidate must be able to interpret in the three modes, maintain record-keeping systems, and participate in training activities to develop and maintain interpreting and translating skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of Judiciary staff are essential. Positions will be filled at one of the following levels based on qualifications and available positions :

• Court Interpreter 1 - Conditionally Approved / Trainee
• Level 1 - Conditionally Approved

These are permanent, full-time positions.
