General Manager Responsibilities :
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through a culture of hospitality.
- Work closely with the pastry chef and Regional Director to maintain consistency in preparation, presentation, and flavor of in-house dining and catering offerings.
- Drive quality by enforcing hygiene and safety policies in compliance with health department and company standards.
- Collaborate on developing innovative and seasonal recipes, incorporating local and cultural influences.
- Manage vendor relationships, sourcing ingredients from local purveyors and farmers to maintain high-quality standards.
- Inspire, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellence in execution, organization, and creativity.
Administrative & Financial Management
Manage ordering, purchasing, and receiving to maintain inventory accuracy and product availability.Oversee administrative tasks, including checklists, prep lists, and reporting via Restaurant 365.Conduct regular equipment checks and ensure proper maintenance to uphold operational efficiency.Troubleshoot production and logistics issues with the Culinary Director, ensuring seamless service.Team Development & Training
