Change Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change and communication tools for successful employee adoption

Develop change management plans using structured methodologies aligned with program goals

Create training content and communications to support leadership messaging and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in change management focused on finance process and automation programs

Experience with enterprise finance software and finance-oriented AI tools is highly preferred

Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies; Prosci certification preferred

Experience in developing multimedia training and communication content

Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint
