A well-established community bank is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This strategic role partners directly with the Leadership Team and Board of Trustees to shape the financial direction of the organization.
What You'll Do :
Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting to ensure long-term profitability and regulatory compliance.
Oversee budgeting, investments, and asset / liability management.
Provide leadership across multiple functions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and the Board.
Champion efficiency, fiscal control, and operational excellence across the organization.
What We're Looking For :
7–10+ years of progressive finance experience in banking.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
High ethical standards and a collaborative leadership style.
