Successful candidates will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience in casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation. The position is full-time and onsite at the firms’ Miami, Florida office.

In this position Associates :

• will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
• Will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages.
• will conduct your own depositions, attend hearings and argue your own motions.
• will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.
