Temporary Collections Support Specialist

Cooley is looking for a Temporary Collections Support Specialist to become a part of our dynamic Accounting team.

Position Summary : As a key player under the guidance of the Senior Collections Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to our collections team. Your contributions will ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.

Position Responsibilities :

• Retrieve and compile invoice copies efficiently.
• Confirm bank details through email and / or telephone communication.
• Complete vendor and onboarding documentation.
• Manage requests for write-offs proficiently.
• Process refund requests accurately.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

The expected hourly pay range for this position, with a 40-hour work schedule, is $23.00 - $33.00 (equating to $47,840.00 - $68,640.00 annually). Final offer amounts will vary based on geographic location and the candidate's applicable experience and skill set.
