Looking for AIOps Sr Engineer in Richmond, VA

Job Description

We are seeking an AIOps Sr Engineer in Richmond, VA. The role involves technical leadership of the delivery team, end-to-end responsibility for identifying use cases, designing and delivering in staging, production environments, and platform integration.

The ideal candidate will have implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Ansible, and Dynatrace tools, as well as technical leadership experience. Responsibilities include working on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for customers, stakeholder and multi-vendor coordination, deployment and go-live planning, and coordination with users and service management.

Requirements include 2+ years of strong experience in dashboard development and 2+ years of implementation experience using orchestration tools (such as Ansible, ServiceNow ITOM, MS-System Center, IPSoft).
