About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and processing documents between calls. You’ll follow established guidelines, maintain accuracy, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with program-related inquiries.
- Follow call scripts and quality guidelines to ensure accurate and secure interactions.
- Use internal systems to retrieve and provide correct information.
- Process incoming documents and files accurately between calls.
- Apply de-escalation techniques when needed to resolve issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.2+ years of call center experience, with at least 2 consecutive years at one employer.Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficient in using computers, phones, and office equipment.Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
