About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and processing documents between calls. You’ll follow established guidelines, maintain accuracy, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with program-related inquiries.
• Follow call scripts and quality guidelines to ensure accurate and secure interactions.
• Use internal systems to retrieve and provide correct information.
• Process incoming documents and files accurately between calls.
• Apply de-escalation techniques when needed to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
