Job descriptionDefine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for the DMS platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, compliance, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Develop a deep understanding of user workflows, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement within the DMS landscape. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features. Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the DMS, incorporating market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements. Monitor system performance, user feedback, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the DMS. Ensure proper documentation, training, and support materials are in place for end-users. Manage project priorities and communicate progress to stakeholders and executive leadership. Stay informed on competitor offerings, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies related to document management. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or Agile certifications preferred. 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience, specifically with Document Management Systems or similar enterprise systems. Strong understanding of DMS features, such as version control, access permissions, integrations, and compliance standards. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
