Key Responsibilities :
Identify, resolve, and document customer-reported issues using analytical skills
Research solutions for new problems and notify development of suspected bugs
Create Knowledge Base articles and track issue resolution using call tracking software
Qualifications & Competencies :
Preferred dealership experience
AA degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with 2+ years in technical support
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset with commitment to issue resolution
