The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Senior Program Manager, supporting our Real Estate and Workplace Solutions Business Line. Lead and carry out the strategic and tactical implementation of a portfolio of work in the Real Estate and Workplace delivery business unit. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to federal government quality control guidelines throughout the full program delivery life cycle. This also includes management of client risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery while exceeding customer expectations. Supervises all personnel assigned to the project(s) including time coding, leave approval, training, performance management and disciplinary actions. This leadership role has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for ensuring the project achieves the required quality of deliverables within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined by the client. Also, responsible for supporting and maintaining the company culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and advancement.
