The Clinical Supervisor will be a critical member of the new Family Wellness Grant team, providing supervision to a team of Community Navigators and Therapists, and also providing direct clinical services to an assigned caseload of Spanish-speaking program participants.

In your clinical work, you will provide therapy services to a small caseload of school-aged youth and families, as needed.

Additionally, you will provide reflective supervision to assigned program staff and support the community via collaboration and outreach in developing an increased awareness of the impact of trauma and the mental health needs of children.

Candidate qualifications :

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Valid Illinois clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).
  • At least two years’ relevant clinical experience; preferably experience working with youth, parents, or families who have experienced trauma.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish required.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle preferred.

Job details :

  • Compensation : Starting at $73,100 for licensed bilingual clinical supervisors.
  • Clinical licensure : Licensed staff receive reimbursement of licensure renewal fees.
  • Benefits : Medical / dental / vision insurance, 3+ weeks paid time off in the first year including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day (PTO increases with tenure);

Location : Hybrid; most work will be completed at Schubert Elementary school or other Chicago-land, community-based locations;

some opportunities to work from a remote location as desired between in-person meetings and events.

  • Schedule : Full-time, salaried; general business hours with some flexibility to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs.
  • Student Loan Forgiveness : Brightpoint is an approved agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
