Operations Associate Intern - Summer 2026
This is a Boston based opportunity with a four-day in-office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with one day remote (Friday). Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for employment authorization for this position for the following work visas : STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.
What You'll Do
Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting. Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across Operations. Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively to improve the quality of our logistics and supply chain operation. Create and deliver communication plans with external partners including suppliers, logistics, Wayfair's proprietary freight forwarding service (CastleGate Forwarding), and external 3rd party logistics companies (3PL). Assist team in day to day operations and find ways to improve process efficiency.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications : Currently pursuing a Bachelors with the expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2026 and Summer 2027. 3.0 GPA minimum. Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship. Ability to commit to working 40 hours / week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from June 1 - August 7, 2026 in our Boston office. You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
