The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional AI Architect to lead the technical vision for the next generation of deterministic AI-to-AGI systems. This is a transformative leadership role where you'll architect solutions that fundamentally reimagine how enterprises leverage AI—moving beyond the limitations of LLMs to create systems that are predictable, transparent, auditable, and truly intelligent.

You'll design architectures that bridge symbolic reasoning, deterministic algorithms, and advanced hierarchical models to solve problems traditional AI cannot address : real-time decision-making in regulated environments, verifiable compliance, and continuous adaptation without the astronomical costs and risks of LLM-based approaches.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic architectural vision as the company scales from innovative startup to enterprise AI leader. You'll build systems that matter—protecting enterprises from compliance failures, reducing investigation costs, and enabling the safe deployment of AI across mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do

• Architect AI-to-AGI Systems

Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for deterministic, multi-threaded AI-to-AGI platform, ensuring systems scale from real-time enterprise operations to advanced reasoning capabilities

Design architectures that unlock siloed data across heterogeneous enterprise systems, harmonizing different formats and enabling real-time intelligent orchestration

Build architectural patterns that make compliance, auditability, and policy enforcement intrinsic to every system component—not bolt-on features

Partner with research and product teams to translate innovations in symbolic reasoning, hierarchical models, and deterministic AI into production-grade enterprise solutions

Establish best practices for reproducibility, verification, and traceability across data pipelines, reasoning engines, and deployment environments

Conduct architectural reviews, evaluate technologies, and make critical infrastructure and framework decisions that balance innovation with enterprise reliability

Mentor and guide engineering teams through hands-on technical leadership while shaping a culture of rigor, innovation, and customer-centricity

Develop and communicate a multi-year architectural vision that aligns with business objectives, customer needs in regulated industries, and the path toward AGI capabilities

Represent technical vision to enterprise customers, strategic partners, and the broader AI community

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Proven experience architecting AI / ML platforms, distributed systems, or high-scale enterprise software

Strong understanding of deterministic algorithms, symbolic reasoning, rule-based systems, constraint satisfaction, or hybrid AI approaches

Demonstrated success implementing verifiable AI methods, explainability frameworks, or formal correctness guarantees

Experience designing real-time, concurrent, or parallel processing architectures with performance-critical requirements

Ability to move seamlessly between writing code, solving complex technical challenges, and defining long-term architectural strategy

Exceptional ability to mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and articulate complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences

Highly Valued Experience

Background in industries where determinism and auditability are non-negotiable—financial services, healthcare, aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, or industrial control

Experience with theorem proving, model checking, correctness proofs, or formal specification of AI systems

Architecting systems that harmonize heterogeneous data sources, handle real-time data transformation, or unify siloed enterprise systems

Building platforms with native policy enforcement, audit trails, and regulatory compliance capabilities

Track record building technical foundations and teams from early-stage through hypergrowth phases

Expertise optimizing for millisecond-response requirements in production environments

Understanding of the technical and theoretical pathways from narrow AI to artificial general intelligence

Active presence as a speaker, open-source contributor, published researcher, or recognized expert in AI reasoning systems
