Direct Reports : Accounts Receivable Specialist, Accounts Payable Specialist and Collection Specialist

The Role :

Help us enhance performance and operational decision-making throughout the company by ensuring our accounting and financials are timely and accurate.

Responsibilities : General Accounting

• Oversee monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across all accounts.
• Manage month-end close and prepare supporting financial statements.
• Maintain and analyze inventory, rebates, and employee expenditures.
• Ensure proper accruals, journal entries, and general ledger integrity.
• Manage and optimize accounting software systems and processes.
