Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1 to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the insurance operations department supporting client services, you will play a key role in processing insurance certificates and policy requests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to data management, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Location : Remote (must be located in the PST or EST time zones)

Pay Range : $18.00 / HR + Benefits

Contract Duration : 6-Months, potential to extend and / or hire on permanent

Job Function :

• Process insurance certificates and policy requests for commercial insurance lines efficiently and accurately
• Act as a subject matter expert on client policies, providing clear and professional communication
• Manage data entry and data management tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Shift between priorities throughout the workday while maintaining productivity using effective time-management techniques
• Work within scheduled hours based on your location : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM MST or 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM EST, with a daily unpaid lunch break
