Carries out treatment plans, supports patient progress, and ensures high-quality therapeutic care.1. Conduct therapeutic activities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.2. Implement treatment plans designed by the OT.3. Assist patients with exercises and functional tasks to improve mobility, strength, and independence.4. Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive equipment, and safety strategies.5. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT.6. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments in EMR systems.7. Support discharge planning and follow established care plans.
