Senior Human Resources Generalist
What you'll need to succeed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at XPO :
Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations with at least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
- Experience working in HRIS and time / attendance systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications :
Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, researching candidatesProfessional HR certificationExperience in working in manufacturing / warehouse facilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audienceAble to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environmentAbout the Senior Human Resources Generalist job :

Work closely with the operations team and provide counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures and state and federal regulatory compliance requirementsAssist functional department teams with performance management, including delivering disciplinary action for employeesEnergize HR initiatives as they relate to performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, program development and rolloutSuccessfully manage employee relations / ethics issues in a timely mannerCoach leaders through performance management processes and effectivenessProvide training as required to support the learning and development teamEstablish relationships with functional department teams to guide staffing and strategic workforce planning initiativesEnergize employee engagement and satisfaction throughout the teamAnnual Salary Range : $87,649 to $109,562 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
