Technical Recruiter
Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, from large enterprises and research universities to seed-stage startups and nonprofits. Providing seamless access to compute with pricing and inventory transparency is the future of access to GPUs, and we are the only cloud provider offering a platform that shows all available GPUs with transparent, market-based pricing, in addition to long-term reserve contracts for our customers.
We're in search of a well-rounded Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in building Voltage Park's BFT (best functioning team). We're looking for somebody with start-up or MANGO-level tech experience who understands how the different roles within a tech company fit together ideally, you've worked across multiple teams, such as engineering, product and sales. You'll be championing inclusive, equitable hiring processes and providing a best-in-class candidate experience, while building trust with teams throughout our organization starting with our AI software engineering group and expanding to other teams within the org.
This is a hybrid role, and you must be located in the Seattle area in order to go to our office in Redmond when you have candidates in final interviews, and to events and team meetings as needed.
