Job Description

• Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client billing guidelines.
• Manage the full billing cycle, including time entry adjustments, pre-bill edits, and final bill submission.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific billing requirements and e-billing platforms.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, secretaries, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to support financial management and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation within the Elite system.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing and financial processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise billing systems required.
• Strong understanding of e-billing and client billing guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
