About our client : Senior Accountant
- CFS is working with a dynamic Chinese owned property management firm seeking a Senior Accountant to join their diverse team of professionals on site in their Midtown office full time
- This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into real estate development and grow their skill set with the guidance of the Finance Manager
- They develop residential buildings across NYC focusing on building in Queens and additionally have nationwide investments on the West Coast

Role Responsibilities : Senior Accountant
- Work on all month-end close responsibilities including AP / AR, bank reconciliations, analysis, generating daily cash reports and journal entries
- Analysis of financial statements and preparation of balance sheets
- Work on analysis of project spend reporting and budgets.
- This role will be working closely with their Beijing office and their developments in that region and therefore the Senior Accountant will be connecting with them on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications : Senior Accountant
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience; open to industry!
- Mandarin speaker is a must for this position as you will be speaking with the Beijing office regularly
- QuickBooks experience is a must for them
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
