This position is a 6-month temp / contract role, located in Colorado Springs, CO 80919.
The End User Support Specialist provides a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure productivity.
What you'll do :
- Responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software
- Troubleshoot and respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing equipment or software problems
- Typically resolve issues referred by Helpdesk Support
- Follows standard procedures and guidelines

2+ years of experience in desktop and remote supportAdvanced Office 365 supportServiceNow and / or other ticketing systemsNetworking fundamentalsAdvanced knowledge and support for Windows 10 / 11, network printersHigh school diplomaAzure AD and advanced networking skills (nice to have)Certifications (nice to have)Start Date : October 27, 2025 | Pay Rate : $31.00 / hourly | Location Type : 100% onsite
