Strategic Account Executive

Job Summary

The ProSites Strategic Account Executive will be part of the Business Development team responsible for driving the penetration of ProSites Elite solutions to the Orthodontic and Dental Service Organizations (DSO).

The Strategic Account Executive provides coordination between all departments of ProSites effectively delivering full ProSites Elite capabilities and solutions.

Overall, the Strategic Account Executive’s role is to work with our customers, understand their business needs, and provide solutions to meet those business challenges and goals.

This individual will work closely with leadership to define the approach and tools needed to meet the goals of this team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound prospecting calls daily to potential clients (Hunting Role).
  • Navigate to decision-makers who have purchasing power.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and qualify potential clients and partners.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of potential clients.
  • Use our CRM to qualify prospects and capture key data points.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly individual sales quotas are exceeded.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, industry, and client needs.
  • Strategic sales skills are needed to drive higher-level conversations and outcomes. This is not an entry-level sales position.
  • As needed, attend trade shows to identify and develop relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and analytics, to ensure the alignment of data offerings with the diverse requirements of the orthodontic businesses.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the Orthodontic space.
  • Identify and lead the pursuit of targeted new logo business and contract expansion opportunities within target accounts.
  • Create and cultivate resources while actively seeking and nurturing new business prospects.
  • Identify and manage resources to develop proposals that position the full range of ProSites Elite capabilities and data solutions to customers.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is expected as this is a full-time position.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • High-level business acumen required to drive high-value conversations and sales processes.
  • A Strong Communicator : Capable of creating and delivering presentations (written and verbal), both internally to agency leadership, peers, and colleagues across departments and to clients.
  • Detail Oriented : Oversees completion of all projects and assignments, ensuring strategic and brand integrity, while partnering with all necessary agency disciplines to ensure optimal distribution of resources, timeliness, accuracy, budget, cost management and reporting.
  • Innovator : Conversant in all media types, including the ability to understand and integrate diverse media vehicles to deliver a brand message to the client’s consumer base.
  • Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem solve.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated pattern of initiative and independent thought.
  • Proactive in dealing with challenges head-on and in compliance with company policy.

  • Understands all the steps necessary to complete each solution through all departments to deliver all aspects of projects on time, on budget, and successfully.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Service to high level clients.
  • Dental or Marketing sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of and as well as Microsoft Suite.
  • Proficiency with numbers, budget, and time management.

Strategic Account Executive has a base salary range from $45,000 - $60,000 / year (DOE) plus a commission range from $100,000 - $140,000 / year (OTE).

Commissions are uncapped.
