Fire Sprinkler Inspectors perform inspections, testing, and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems and other water-based systems in accordance with all national and local standards. They also supply hands-on training and coaching to entry-level Inspectors. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also act as a mentor, providing on-the-job training to entry level fire alarm inspectors, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing within our team.Our Fire Sprinkler Inspectors are crucial to a company's fire safety strategy, contributing to the protection of life, property, and business operations. Their role ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and provides peace of mind to all building owners.

As aFire Sprinkler Inspector, you will :

• Provide inspection, testing, and service for wet, dry, pre-action and deluge fire sprinkler systems; backflow preventers; water tanks; fire hydrants; foam-based systems; water mist systems; and fire pumps per NFPA 25 standards
• Complete required documentation including deficiency repair recommendations. Discuss noted deficiencies, remedies, and pricing with customers and follow up on corrective actions
• Follow and maintain highly structured inspection schedules performing service and deficiency repairs on all fire sprinkler system types as needed. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed and complete service ticket documentation and inspection reports before leaving customer site. Generate reports within Siemens tools and upload to required city municipality websites
• Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections; assist with training
• Provide subject matter expertise to peers

The pay range for this position is $38,430 - $65,880 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
