Program Director
Role Overview :
Join our client’s team as a Program Operations Director at a state-of-the-art wound care facility in Charlottesville, VA.
In this multifunctional role, you will engage with physicians and medical staff to ensure the successful operation of the center and take patient wound care to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, preferred wound care experience, and the ability to execute objectives and long-term goals.
Compensation : $113,000 - $120,000.00
Location : Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities :
149; Partnering both internally and externally to enhance clinical operations and patient care
149; Engaging with physicians and medical staff in our state-of-the-art wound care facilities
149; Executing objectives and long-term goals to ensure the successful operation of the center
149; Participating in budgeting and hiring processes
149; Utilizing wound care and ongoing training to excel in the role
Qualifications :
149; Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals (some business focus preferred)
149; Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
149; 3 years of nurse management experience; hospital service line management preferred
149; Excellent visionary, strategic, and fearless leadership skills with a "can-do" attitude
149; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technological savvy
149; Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions via innovation and creativity
149; Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment
