Pharma Tele-Sales Representative
As a Pharma Tele-Sales representative with Valeris, you will be responsible for calling on healthcare providers nationwide in your territory, providing samples, copay cards, disease state education, and other product messaging.
Responsibilities include :
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted contact lists
- Manage, track, and follow up with targets
- Meet monthly goals in accordance with the project management plan
- Update customer files and databases
- Provide point of contact for sales territories without outside rep coverage
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Log and archive documentation and customer communication in CRM
- Support and ensure compliance with company and FDA guidelines
Qualifications include :
At least 1 year of work experience in sales or healthcare / pharma industryInside sales experience including prospecting and closing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter who can work independently to achieve metrics and drive salesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity working in CRM systems, data entry, documentation of office communications, compliance, and adverse event reportingAbility to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with office staff and HCPsAbility to follow a call guideline while establishing open communication with different levels of office staff, including HCPsProficiency at listening and problem solving while delivering messagingTeam player who strives to expand knowledge base and assist others
