Corporate Paralegal - Compliance

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal (Fintech).

Key Responsibilities

Review product features and marketing materials for legal and regulatory risks

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements under attorney supervision

Conduct legal research and provide administrative support to the legal team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certification required

10+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on product support and commercial contracts

Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and regulatory considerations

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with relevant legal technology tools such as Ironclad and Slack
