What Your Day Will Look Like :

You will execute complex bridge and transportation structure projects from concept to completion. You will serve as the Georgia technical bridge expert, both designing and guiding projects while innovating cutting-edge bridge design solutions.

What You'll Do :

• Help play a pivotal role in leading, executing, and delivering a wide range of transportation planning and design projects.
• Assist the Structural team with business development pursuits
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct complex structural projects
• Serve as a staff / technical resource in the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles, methods, or processes in resolution of unique engineering problems
• Plan, organize, and direct the work of a staff of engineers and technicians
• May serve as a resident engineer and / or structure representative on construction projects
• May supervise staff engineers, including evaluating their progress and results obtained, and determining a course of action to achieve overall objectives
• Develop and foster relationships with a network of contacts and clients that will lead to future projects
