Job Overview And Responsibilities
This role leads the Business Office team, overseeing key operational functions including NOC Facilities, Resource Planning, Staffing Modeling, and Employee Dependability. As the direct manager of cross-functional employees within the Business Office, this role is responsible for ensuring that internal processes run efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards. The supervisor acts as both a leader and coach, providing direction, development, and performance oversight to team members. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, an operational mindset, and a commitment to supporting business needs across multiple departments.
Note : This position is located at the Arlington Heights Support Center located in Arlington Heights, IL and considered as a hybrid role working 3 days in-office, however that may evolve with the needs of the company.

The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $84,514.00. The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
