Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives
Oversee the design and management of compensation programs and conduct market analyses

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies
Experience in budget management for total rewards programs
Familiarity with legal compliance related to compensation and benefits
