HRM Services is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join the team and make an immediate impact! The Corporate Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring timely billing, and recording payments and receipts for multiple entities. This position works closely with a team of property accountants ensuring intercompany billings are processed timely.

Primary Responsibilities :

Manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities, including accounts payable / receivable transactions and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules

Prepare and post journal entries

Monitor cash flow, including timely billing of payroll and management fees

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Promote a positive working environment

Requirements and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required

3+ years of progressive accounting experience

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality
