Job description

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Durham, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Duties

  • Verify patient identity, history, and pregnancy status; assess patient condition and determine needed support.
  • Produce, critique, and transmit quality images to PACS; ensure all images and documentation reach PACS / RIS accurately.
  • Document exam completion / cancellation in RIS; modify orders as needed.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and report issues with radiographic and image-management equipment.
  • Review schedules, manage patient flow, and maintain a clean / safe work environment.
  • Assist patients requiring additional support and respond to emergencies.
  • Use RIS / CIS / PACS effectively for workflow and documentation.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Accredited Radiologic Sciences program graduate or Associate’s Degree.
  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (R) with active status.
  • BLS certification.
