We are a home health agency providing services in patient homes in Southeast Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and any other place they may call home. Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs.

We are currently in need of a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week, Thursday - Sunday

Job Requirements :

Carry a current licensure in field of practice in the State of Wisconsin.

Excellent communication skills with patients, families, facility staff, doctors, and teammates.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Good organization and effective time management skills.

Ability to oversee PTA staff.

Willingness to travel to meet patient needs.

Compliance with documentation standards and regulations.

Prior 1 year home health experience preferred, but does not affect eligibility to apply

Current CPR Certification.

Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.

Position Details :

Location : Kenosha and Racine Counties.

Schedule : Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week.

Compensation : $98,000 - $117,000.00.

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000.00.
