About the Position :

Group in Gaithersburg, MD is actively seeking a General Dentist to join our team!

Requirements :

3 5 years of clinical experience required

DDS or DMD degree with an active, unrestricted Maryland dental license

Completion of a General Practice Residency preferred

High proficiency across all aspects of general dentistry, with a strong emphasis on prevention

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with patients

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Team : 9 Doctors, 4 Hygienists

Operatories : 22

Patient Base : 9,050 active patients; 130 new patients per month

Payer Mix : 20% Fee-for-Service / 80% PPO

Office Specialties : Orthodontics, Pediatrics, Oral Surgery, and Endodontics

Schedule :

Monday Thursday : 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM

About Compensation & Benefits :

Strong minimum daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections (typically $700 $850 per day, negotiable)
