The Director, Operations Omni Returns, Ecommerce Returns is a transformative strategic leader responsible for driving the transformation of the returns experience within the ecommerce pillar. This role will be leading the development and execution of innovative, customer-centric returns strategies that enhance the digital customer journey, optimize operational efficiency, and align with the organization's broader goals. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless omnichannel returns solutions, leveraging data and industry insights to ensure best-in-class ecommerce returns operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.

Working on cross-functional teams or projects Masters : Business Administration Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
