We're looking for a friendly, service-focused professional who's passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping our members achieve their financial goals.

What You'll Do :

As a Teller, you will be the face of DuPage Credit Union - welcoming Members, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial lives.

• Greet every Member with warmth and professionalism.
• Perform routine financial transactions : deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and more.
• Maintain accuracy in all cash handling and balancing activities.
• Identify and refer opportunities to deepen Member relationships through financial products and services.
• Uphold our DUPAGE philosophy in every interaction by focusing on each Member's unique needs.
• Support your branch team in achieving sales and service goals.

Work Environment & Schedule :

This is a full-time, onsite role requiring flexibility with scheduling. You must be available to work varying shifts during branch business hours, including some Saturdays.
