We're seeking a hands-on IT leader to oversee all aspects of technology across our 600-employee roofing company. This role blends technical management, application ownership, and data analytics to ensure our teams have the tools and insights they need to deliver operational excellence. The ideal candidate is both strategic and practical equally comfortable managing vendors, building dashboards, and solving business problems through data. Self-starter comfortable in a small, fast-moving company with limited bureaucracy. Practical, service-oriented mindset "roll up your sleeves" approach to problem-solving. Experience in roofing, construction management industry, or related trades is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technology Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute a company-wide IT strategy aligned with business (sales, operations, service, safety, and finance).
• Serve as the point person for all technology systems ERP, CRM, estimating, scheduling, and field operations tools.
• Partner with leaders across departments to identify technology needs and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and business continuity standards are met.

Qualifications :

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
