Access Counselor

Crossroads Health , a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services-no matter one's ability to pay. Our Intake and Access Team is currently looking for an Access (Intake) Counselor to join the team. The Access Counselor provides Diagnostic Assessments and also carries a caseload of counseling clients. This position is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and referral as well as counseling across youth, adolescents, and adults. This licensed mental health provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team.

• Level 1 : Bachelor's Level LSW
• Level 2 : LPC / LSW / MFT
• Level 3 : LPCC / LISW / IMFT
