MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE

Cleaning of parking lot and sidewalks / under canopy areas

Changing out trash liners

Pick up debris

Trash pick-up throughout the property :

• Curbside
• Grass Tops
• Blacktop
• Sidewalks and Store Fronts
• Planters and Cigarette buds
• Blowing

Pick up the palm fronts

Remove trash from the bushes (e.g. bottles, cans, paper, cups etc.)

Report all safety matters, and send photos to the management staff

Responsible for following all Company Protocols

Must have reliable transportation to job site if needed

Must have valid drivers license

Must be capable of extensive walking

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Experience :

• porter : 1 year (Preferred)
• Use a back pack blower 1 year (Preferred)
