Overview This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of digital experiences across both consumer and enterprise platforms. The role requires a blend of quantitative and qualitative research skills, strong storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of user behavior in eCommerce and digital product environments.

Key Responsibilities Define and measure UX metrics and success indicators across multiple digital experiences.

Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from problem framing to data synthesis and stakeholder communication.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies, applying the appropriate methodologies to uncover insights that guide design and product direction.

Analyze and interpret data using statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, SQL, SAS) and present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to drive user-centered decision-making.

Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent research projects with varying levels of complexity and visibility.

Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that directly inform product strategy, roadmaps, and customer experience design.

Champion research best practices and help evolve the organization's approach to human-centered design.

About You Strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable partnering across large, matrixed teams.

Experienced in applying a wide range of research methods and frameworks to complex digital ecosystems.

Capable of translating user insights into strategic product recommendations.

Confident presenter with experience communicating complex findings to senior audiences.

Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of applied UX research experience, ideally within eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer digital product settings.

Hands-on experience with research and analytics tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, FullStory, Glassbox, SPSS, SQL, SAS, and visualization tools like PowerPoint and Figma.

Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct discovery, generative, and evaluative research.

Strong experience in quantitative research, survey design, and statistical analysis.

A portfolio showcasing prior UX research work and its impact on product outcomes.

Experience leading research for eCommerce or digital platform products.

Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Figma, ProtoPie, etc.).

Proven ability to influence product and engineering leaders through evidence-based insights.

Deep empathy for users and a passion for improving their end-to-end experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive-level presentation capability.
