Job Overview :
- Research and outreach past and new live streamers / influencers to raise money and awareness for Client during their August virtual event
- Conducting outreach to lock in nano and micro streamers on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
Years of Experience Expectation : 1 year
Must-Haves / Required Skills :
- Has to be good with social media / understand trends
- Experience with live streaming on Twitch and Youtube is a huge plus
- Understand Gen Z / Millennial marketplace
- Know how to post on Twitch, Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok
Required Functional Skills / Tools :
- Streaming and gaming program
- Track fundraising dollars brought in by streamers
- Setting up a system to track giveaways
- Engaging and supporting fundraisers in their streams, thanking them live and in real-time
- Conducting outreach to lock in nano and micro streamers on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
- Social media
- Flagging user-generated stories
- Learn about social scheduling or native posting
- Social research
- Digital files
- Organize and recommend a process to migrate files from Dropbox environment to Sharepoint
- Participate and contribute to digital strategy meeting sessions
- Collaborate with other departments and administrative staff as needed
- Attend departmental and other meetings as required
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business, psychology, public health or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and or brand marketing in and around the content creator ecosystem.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a group setting.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitch, Discord, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Frequent alpha / numeric keyboarding
- Ability to use a computer monitor
- Operate standard office equipment
- Lift and carry boxes up to ten pounds
