Our Human Resources team is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our Global Policy and Risk team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in employee relations, with a strong background in investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

Compensation : We expect the base salary for this position to range between $130,000 - $158,000, depending on level of relevant experience.
