Job Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional instruction/tutoring services to children in Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade
• Teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students
• Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• A passion for math and working with young children
• Strong math skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• High energy level and enthusiasm for teaching young children
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency

Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
