Corporate Legal Assistant
We are currently seeking resumes from experienced Corporate LegalAssistants or Paralegals who understand the importance of their role in maintaining ourorganization's legal integrity-this is a career opportunity to work in thevibrant Eastgate area of Bellevue, WA.
As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ouroperations. Your strong organizational, detail-oriented, and excellentfollow-through skills will be essential as you coordinate various aspects ofdocument preparation, distribution, and creation. You will also maintain ourlegal files and ensure compliance with all necessary reports and notices.
- Organize and maintain contracts and legal files,
- Obtain good standing certificates from the Secretary of State
- Prepare meeting minutes for shareholders
- Prepare and file DBAs
- Apply for Federal Identification numbers and prepare all documentation
- Maintain and apply for healthcare facility licenses
- Maintain government healthcare payer credentialing (Medicare, Medicaid, VA)
- Work with all inside and outside counsel regarding any potential claims
- Prepare draft letters for various legal, insurance, finance, or HR needs
- Review and summarize key points in legal documents or contracts
- Assist with Federal and state Legal regulatory compliance
- Assist with insurance policy management, claims submissions, and tracking
- Assist the HR and Finance teams in collecting, preparing, and distributing legal documents
- General clerical duties include scanning, filing, and assisting other departments as needed
- Managing corporate vehicle licensing, insurance, tracking, lost titles, etc
- Receiving, reviewing, tracking, and allocating legal counsel invoices to the appropriate projects

You are required to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with othersMust maintain all information in the strictest of confidenceA minimum of 5 years of corporate legal assistant or paralegal experience and the ability to read, write, and communicate fluent English are requiredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & OutlookMust be able to process routine daily functions while resolving sensitive issues and complex assignments utilizing above-average critical thinking skillsAttention to detail and excellent follow-through are a mustMust possess strong attention to detail, balance multiple projects, and good time management skillsA Bachelor's degree is preferred, but we also value experience and a strong work ethicReal estate experience is a plusNotary license, or willingness to obtain one (at company's expense)Knowledge of healthcare terms, operations, and licensure is a plusOur Benefits :
