Job Title : Call Center Agent
Starting Pay : $16 per hour
Job Description :
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our call center team. The ideal candidates will have flexible schedules and be able to work a variety of shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Follow call scripts and procedures accurately
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements :
- Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be available to work the closing shift from 12 : 00 pm to 8 : 30 pm
- Ability to work rotational Saturdays from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Must limit unplanned schedule interruptions such as arriving late, leaving early, or calling out
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
